We are open Monday thru Friday,
beginning at 7:45 a.m. But as
every parent knows, dental
accidents or emergencies have a
habit of taking place when the
dentist’s office is closed.
That’s why we provide 24-hour
emergency service.
If an emergency occurs at night
or on the weekend, call our
office at 794-3498 and leave a
message on the emergency
answering line. A Doctor will
quickly return your call and
advise you on what action should
be taken.
A broken or knocked-out tooth, a
severe toothache or any dental
emergency should not be ignored.
It is important your child
receives the proper emergency
dental treatment.
Appointments
We know you have many choices
when choosing a Pediatric
Dentist in Midlothian, VA so we
have made requesting an
appointment a simple process via
our Web site. If, for any reason
you cannot keep a scheduled
appointment, or will be delayed,
please call us as soon as
possible.
Even Our Financing Is
Comfortable
We request full payment at the
time of your visit. To help
accommodate your financial
needs, we offer the following
payment options. Look them over
before your appointment and
choose one that’s comfortable
for you.
1. Payment Cash, Check, Mastercard,
American Express, VISA, Discover Card
or
Care Credit. Full payment at
the time of dental service is
requested.
2. Dental Insurance
We are participating providers
of Trigon of Va, Trigon Keycare,
Trigon Keyadvantage, Trigon Dental
Alternatives, Delta Dental of VA
and United Concordia. Your
portion of the bill, not covered
by insurance, is requested at
the time of service. If you are
uncertain of your plan’s
benefits, our Financial
Coordinator will be happy to
assist you.
3. Payment Plans
If your child’s treatment is
extensive, payment arrangements
can be made in advance through a
local finance company. Call our
Financial Coordinator for more
information.
Insurance Made Easy
As a courtesy to our patients,
our Financial Coordinator files
insurance claims, submits
pretreatment estimates, and in
general, helps you unravel any
confusion in your coverage.
But this can’t happen without
your participation. Please work
with us as we communicate with
your insurer and keep us updated
with current insurance
information.
Our statements are sent once a
month. At times, you may receive
one before your insurance
company has paid. If you have
already paid your non-covered
portion, please disregard this.
If you receive a second
statement and your insurance
company still has not paid, call
our office at once.
Although we do not have a direct
relationship with your insurer,
we will do everything we can to
help you receive your full
reimbursement. The balance,
however, remains the patient’s
responsibility.

different insurance carriers.
Please call our office and our
staff will help determine your
dental benefit as estimated by
your insurance carrier.
